The organisations in West Yorkshire Prepared work collaboratively to ensure there is co-ordination, co-operation and efficiency within the partnership, working together for the benefit of the communities they serve.
Made up of the region’s key emergency responders and specific supporting agencies, the Partnership works to help communities prepare for, respond to and recover from emergencies and major incidents.
West Yorkshire Prepared, also undertakes risk assessments and produces a Risk Register to outline the types of risks that may occur locally and give advice on how to be better prepared for such events.
To find out more about how to be better prepared for an emergency, or for more details on the activities of West Yorkshire Prepared, please visit the website or follow us on Twitter and Facebook.
