Crews are attending to a 2-storey building approx. 25m x 15m. Ground floor 50% involved. Crews using 4 breathing apparatus, 1 large jet and 1 hosereel to tackle the fire. On arrival, the initial crew requested a total of 4 fire engines and 1 aerial appliance be mobilised to the incident.

03:33 Crews responded to reports of a fire in the open.

On arrival they found multiple vehicles involved in fire which was spreading to a commercial building.

Crews 'made pumps 4' (requested 3 additional fire engines) to support the incident and bring it under control.

7 vehicles were involved and the building was smoke logged.

2 Breathing Apparatus, 2 Large Jets were used to extinguish the fire and a high-powered fan was used to ventilate the property of smoke.

Report of building fire, on arrival this was made pumps 5 and aerials 1, then pumps 8 aerials 2, with persons reported trapped.

This is a three storey building with ground floor restaurant and two floors residential, fire from roof.  One large jet, two aerials, 2 hose reels and 8 breathing apparatus used.

Electrical box involved on ground floor. 1 hose reel, 4 breathing apparatus and positive pressure ventilation used. No persons involved.

Smoke detectors installed and working.

2 appliances from Hunslet, 1 from Leeds and Fire Investigation officer attended.

Report of a house on fire, on arrival a request was made by fire crews for the ambulance to attend due to a male occupier in his 80’s with smoke inhalation.

Fire crews used one large jet, 1 hose reel and 2 breathing apparatus.

Just after 2:40am we received reports of a fire inside a commercial building on Bradford Road, Batley. 

On arrival, fire crews escalated the incident to six crews and two aerial appliances, and then further increased to ten crews.  Fire crews are currently using three large jets, two aerial appliances, two hose reels and two breathing apparatus to extinguish the blaze.
